The name says it all: this is rural Burgundy, good meat and good eating. Appreciable homemade food, for lunch and dinner, with local specialties: snails, soft-boiled eggs with Epoisses cream, Charolais entrecôte with gravy, and even a Charolais burger. Finish with a crème brûlée with peanut ice cream, a glass of maranges or a draught saint-omer.
