Sponsored Impasto Pizza is the home of Alexis Zendagui, a pizza maker who has taken part in the World Pizza Championships. Passionate about his craft, he passes on his know-how as a trainer at the École Française de Pizzaïolo. After 15 years in the bakery business, he set himself the challenge of achieving excellence in pizza-making, combining his love of Italian cuisine with his concern for perfection in the making of his pizza dough. Made according to the rules of the art, the dough is handcrafted and left to rest for 72 hours. In his restaurant, creativity is at the service of taste. On a homemade cream or vegetable base, you'll savor carefully selected seasonal products. Enjoy your wood-fired pizza from the comfort of the restaurant's cosy dining room, orchestrated by his wife, Harmony (you can also take your pizza home with you, thanks to telephone ordering). Let yourself be carried away by both the classics and the Chef's creations, not forgetting the delicious homemade desserts such as tiramisù, panacotta, or the pizza with pink pralines, a lovely nod to the city of Lyon!
