A beautiful family-run 4* hotel, with spa and pool, where you can enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere than in Courchevel's palaces, without losing any of the chic or quality of service. Chef Nicolas Copin offers his personal mountain cuisine, rediscovering game and local produce. These include Arctic char marinated with génépi and citrus salad, pine bud vinaigrette; poultry ballottine with crayfish and beaufort, braised cabbage and polenta fries; Alsatian venison pavé with raisinée, fondant potatoes and cardinal purée; Weiss chocolate cookie, chartreuse and black cardamom anglaise, chartreuse ice cream. Menus from €65 to €115.
