Gault&Millau's review 2025

The Canadian group's first alpine address, this hotel elegantly reinterprets the spirit of contemporary chalets. Conceived by Bruno Legrand and Pierre-Yves Rochon, its design combines modern lines, noble materials and Alpine warmth in an atmosphere that is both refined and timeless. The 55 rooms and suites feature luminous tones and shades of brown and dark gray, for a subtle balance between mountain comfort and contemporary sophistication. The spa, a 900 m² haven of well-being, features a heated indoor pool that opens onto the outside, a hammam, a sauna and treatment rooms for exceptional relaxation rituals, complemented by yoga or meditation sessions. Activities include dog-sledding, snowmobiling and hot-air ballooning. In terms of flavours, the culinary experience is divided into three universes: gourmet plates at La Brasserie Benjamin, Nikkei cuisine at Kaito, and the bistro spirit revisited at Edmond's.
