A beautiful 3-star hotel in the heart of the resort, it's a great place to ski or hike, to take advantage of the hotel's facilities, spa and pool, and also to dine, with a focus on French classics and current trends. The menu is short but well-balanced, with vegetable tartare, polenta and Bømlo salmon gravelax with beet, monkfish tournedos with bouillabaisse jus, yellow chicken supreme and carrot jus with Meaux mustard, and blueberry vacherin with génépi. Good service.
