Gourmet Restaurant On the banks of the Meuse, this luxurious mid-19th-century château is now home to a 4-star hostellerie and a gourmet restaurant worthy of the place. Guests come here for a timeless journey, in a bourgeois, historic setting where the furnishings seem to have remained unchanged. In the kitchen, chef Benoît Thouvenin develops a repertoire of great tradition, in a pure classicism of great mastery. Rediscover a starter of sea bream in two ways, beautiful sole goujonnettes, white asparagus tips and herb chutney, thick beef fillet pavé, blue belle purée and pan-fried morels...
