Gault&Millau's review 2025

A friendly Alsatian enclave set up as a brunch-tea room by Marion Goettlé, a pastry chef with a past at Piège who designs her universe with conviction and originality. The menu includes flammekueche, a variety of lunchtime delights (risotto with asparagus and parmesan, as well as fleischnacka with beef, celery and carrots), salads and small plates, and, of course, delicious sweets (rhubarb meringue tart, elderflower pana cotta, strawberry granola...) accompanied by "drinks of the moment" (lemonade, rhubarb sparkling wine, cocktails).
