Gault&Millau's review2026
It's just about the best-known Les Routiers restaurant in France, and the last bastion of the genre in Paris. We could imagine Gabin in Gasoil, but times have changed and so have habits. Nevertheless, this particular Routier still cultivates its register: mayo eggs, pâté en croûte, snails, stuffed cabbage, veal kidneys in Dijon sauce, quenelle, floating island. For its heritage and ambience alone, this restaurant deserves a mention.
