Gourmet Restaurant On the corner with rue du Chemin Vert, Servan has become an almost institutional fixture of the neighborhood, after having revolutionized it ten years ago. Katia and Tatiana's well-constructed menu, built on solid foundations, is an indication and a guarantee, with always plenty of ideas and an openness to the world: black pudding wonton fried sweet chili, raw Sicilian avocado scampi with smoked chili and grapefruit, grilled calf's head with leek and tartar sauce, squash ravioli with saffron butter, sweetbreads with Pontoise chili chutney... There's never a dull moment at Servan, in a gentle, insider's atmosphere.
