Full-bodied natural wine and small plates, the paragon of the eleventh-century neo-bistro that just won't give up: fashion, colorful labels, puns on vintages and nibbles that don't forget squash and zaatar, squid and borlotti beans, ricotta cacio e pepe ravioli. All you have to do is immerse yourself, and the rest comes naturally, with wine at €7 a glass and Jura cider.
