Gourmet Restaurant A trendy, chic venue on the Rhone-Rhine canal, consisting of a floating restaurant and rooftop, ideal for warm summer evenings. To run the kitchens, the owners have called on chef Benoît Migeon, formerly of Le Crocodile and whose reputation is well established, for a well-calibrated contemporary cuisine.
