Gault&Millau's review 2025

In place of Le Rutsch, on the Krutenau side, a new, inventive and ambitious table has appeared in the midst of confinement. The place, composed of three spaces - casual, arty and chic - allows for three different moods in a studied, contemporary setting, where lines are refined and contemporary art is never far away. The plates are elegant, in a bistronomic vein in tune with the times. The menu, short and often renewed, meets the demand for freshness, and includes, for example, the perfect egg, mushrooms and flying fish egg, fregola sarda in risotto, a casserole of bacon, squid and Galician octopus with coco beans cooked in cassoulet, duck with a spring vegetable and coffee sauce.
