Sponsored "Biche is a comforting bar-restaurant concept. With its "granny-style" ambience and well-executed traditional classic recipes, it has, after only a few months open, its regulars. Founders Michel Puech and Jason Bourgoin asked Executive Chef Paul-Alexandre Laumont to take customers back to childhood. His answer is egg mayonnaise (with black truffle), leek vinaigrette, coquillettes-truffle cream-white ham, beef bourguignon, blanquette de veau, vol au vent, vanilla flan and brioche perdu. Good value for money, a fine list of regional wines, an "authentically warm" atmosphere, Brel, Piaf, Dutronc or Aznavour in the background music, the possibility of privatizing the basement for a private event, the Apéro Biche... this trendy restaurant has it all. What's more, in the evening, the ambience becomes more hushed, with the option of a romantic candlelit dinner: a great idea for a first date! "
