Located in one of the capital's most exclusive districts, a stone's throw from the Élysée Palace and the British and American embassies, this right-bank opus is the little brother of the Delano, which opened in Miami in 1995. On this side of the Atlantic, it borrows all its codes, with the added bonus of the Parisian chic of this 18th-century townhouse, which has retained its monumental porch through which carriages once entered. Designed by interior architect Lazaro Rosa-Violan, the 56 rooms and suites feature beige cameos, noble materials (light woods, linen fabrics, etc.) and vast bathrooms. This Zen-like refinement contrasts with the 1970s spirit of the bar, warmed by ultra-colorful armchairs and banquettes, where guests come to sip a cocktail before heading to the La Chambre Bleue restaurant... A fine tribute to Picasso, who was born in Malaga, as was multi award-winning chef Dani Garcia, whose menu pays homage to Spanish cuisine, with a special mention for the divine paellas.
