It's one of the most legendary restaurants in Paris, opened in 1912 and embodying all the charm and poetry of the Parisian bistro. Now run by Alain Ducasse, this showcase of French style perfectly maintains its epinal image, with its wood panelling, its Rance marble fireplace, its fine porcelain and Art Deco style, its staff in full dress and its great culinary traditions. Nothing is left to chance, and the experience is exemplary: pâté en croûte, duck foie gras and Parisian brioche, golden turbot, French peas and beurre blanc, sole meunière, poultry fricassee, morels and vin jaune, homemade cassoulet and white beans, savarin with armagnac, lightly whipped cream, profiteroles and hot chocolate sauce. Classic cellar (Moët & Chandon, Ruinart, Vincent Dauvissat, Château Malmaison...).
