Alain Ducasse’s take on the Parisian bistro remains as captivating a showcase of French craftsmanship as ever—a superb establishment founded in 1912 and adorned in impeccable Art Deco style. The dishes offer a series of culinary highlights, with classic recipes executed to perfection: pâté en croûte, onion soup au gratin, sea bream in a salt crust, artichokes à la barigoule, calf’s head in ravigote sauce, house-made cassoulet with white beans, pan-seared beef tenderloin with mashed potatoes, and a classic vanilla millefeuille. Excellent wine selection.
