Gourmet Restaurant It's so well hidden, behind the lingerie section on the fifth floor, that some people despair of finding it. It's a good idea, though, to have entrusted the impeccable Michel Roth with the menu of this singular restaurant offering a beautiful view of the neighborhood. Our advice is to take advantage of the lunch formulas, especially the chef's €49 "Signature", which always includes the best ideas of the moment: half-cooked Saint-Jean de Luz bluefin tuna terrine and eggplant caviar with ras el-hanout, brandade-style cod back gnocchi and haddock with wild garlic sauce and sage-scented foam, "like a millefeuille" strawberry fennel seed and white chocolate ganache.
