Gourmet Restaurant Located behind the lingerie department on the fifth floor of the BHV, this restaurant offers two good arguments: a beautiful view of the capital and cuisine by Michel Roth. The chef defends a fine bistronomy, notably in his signature menu, with all-poultry pâté en croûte, rainbow trout confit, treviso flavored with marjoram butter, satay condiment and fresh sorrel foam, strawberry gariguette millefeuille, white chocolate ganache mounted in olive oil, crispy buckwheat flavored with tagetes. Menu €49.
