Gourmet Restaurant A quiet bistro between Châtelet and Les Halles, this restaurant has come up to date with its aperitif tasting boards (charcuterie, cheese, smoked salmon...) and a gently roguish menu that appeals to everyone: pâté en croûte Richelieu, pan-fried razor clams and Parma ham, homemade cheddar sausage, bourguignon, whole veal kidney. Service is fast and friendly, and a few suggestions are added to the slate (beef tartar with kimchi...).
