Gault&Millau's review 2021

Right next to the Centre Pompidou, an interesting table, for its originality and its ability to offer a quality that goes beyond the simple concept of dining in complete darkness. While the decor is of little importance, the inventiveness of the idea and the compositions are complemented by Antoine Bouaziz's essentially organic, well-presented market cuisine. Both the flavors and the execution demonstrate a real savoir-faire, which is revealed in secret; menus are available at a wide range of prices, from €43 to €89.
