In the heart of the Marais district, this magnificent listed terrace and rough-hewn stone house is home to the Parisian project of chef Mauro Colagreco, who distills a cuisine with Mediterranean accents in this unique setting. It's a convincing experience, well crafted in every aspect, from service to cellar and plate, executed by Alfredo Martin.
