In the heart of Paris, in a magnificent 17th-century coaching inn with an inner courtyard, renowned chef Mauro Colagreco brings a traditional inn experience to life here. Chef Charly Cohen oversees the kitchen, offering delightful reinterpretations of classic dishes: deviled eggs with wild garlic and herb salad, skate wing à la grenobloise, vol-au-vent with sweetbreads, green asparagus, peas, and wild garlic, strawberry Melba, or even a rum baba. Good service.
