Gault&Millau's review 2025

Disneyland for Italophiles, this immense temple dedicated to the pleasures of transalpine cuisine is a must-see, from the countless grocery stores, trattorias and tables spread over several floors, to the pasta-making school. The wait is bound to be a little long at peak times, but the Pasta et Pizza table does its job well, because it chooses a top-quality product, and because the technique meets the requirements: pacchero alla carbonara, gnocchi al ragù, a marinara, a margherita, a five-cheese, a parma, a wonderful tiramisù. Large cellar.
