Sponsored Created in 2021, this restaurant is very much in vogue. Indeed, it has many assets: products, often organic, from small local producers, a seasonal menu in tune with Mother Nature, and traditional cuisine with a perfectly mastered touch of creativity. Add to this a warm welcome, conducive to conviviality and sharing in a sober, elegant setting. Great art all round! Note that at lunchtime, the restaurant offers a dish of the day in local colors, such as the famous sauerkraut or kidneys in old-fashioned mustard sauce. In the evening, guests are invited to discover a menu featuring dishes of excellence that could be described as bistronomic signatures.
