Chef's Restaurant Esther and Thomas took over the family business in 2011, and the story continues to the delight of regulars. The house has modernized while retaining its values, and the restaurant remains one of the most popular in the Outre-Forêt region. A good menu at €29 introduces you to the house and the region, with salmon Bömlo en ikéjimé "retour d'Orient", pike-perch in a pretzel crust with fine marabel potato purée and the dessert quetsche hazelnut chocolate cinnamon just a few of the tasty highlights. The à la carte menu is available at weekends, and the cellar, which you can visit to choose your bottle, is particularly well-stocked, especially in the region.
