Sponsored Entrecôte from Argentina, Black Angus from the USA, Wagyu from Japan, Rubia from Galicia... These are just some of the exceptional meats on offer at Atelier Carnem, taken over in 2023 by Pierre Levi: "The idea is to offer meats that you can't necessarily find at the butcher's shop. We specialize in prime rib, rib steak and tenderloin. Two cooking methods - organic vine shoot barbecue or plancha - allow you to sample these rare meats served in generous portions, à la carte (from €39) or via the mixed plancha formula (3 meats for €119.) All accompanied by mashed potatoes, French fries, gratin dauphinois, vegetables, salads or Mac and Cheese revisited by the chefs. Not forgetting the desserts (fondant, crème brûlée, café gourmand, mature cheeses...) and wines, including vintages. An opportunity to indulge in an original setting, with sand on the floor and an industrial style, in a calm, cosy atmosphere. Service is impeccable, with an attentive team. "We love to share our passion for meat," concludes the restaurateur. Open every evening and Sunday lunchtime by reservation.
