Gourmet Restaurant The spirit of refined discretion, Japanese-style, reigns in this corner of the old quarter, not far from the boulevard. The house has regained some of its drive and cleanliness in the kitchen, thanks to chef Akashi Kaneko, always precise and meticulous in combining good local produce with his culture to produce a delicate French cuisine inspired by the Far East: scallops and sea almonds edamame condiment shiso, yellowtail and galette de gambas emulsion sauce crustacé, duck breast and heart of duck grilled pommes grenailles... A fine menu, and rather inexpensive, with a tasting menu at €38, and a market menu at €26.
