Gourmet Restaurant A successful start for Jodie and Killian (Jo and Ki), who have found the perfect setting for their gourmet cocktail bar concept in the former CRU premises. The interior is festive, naturally lending itself more to the evening, and there's no shortage of ideas in Jodie's glasses (in cocktails, mocktails or mixed) to accompany Killian's dishes, in three or six courses: poached oysters with ham siphon and samphire pickles, which Jodie proposes to accompany with a bellota angostura peated whisky, duck breast with parsnip duo and vanilla sauce (possible with cachaça and saint-germain), creamy cabbage with black sesame praline...
