Chef's Restaurant In the old quarter, a beautiful stone building for this young restaurant that has managed to find and keep a curious and loyal clientele. The menu-card is quite tight, changing regularly, building a fair proposal at €48, from today's cuisine, without major risk, to the good notes of the trend of the moment. We recently came across sea bass carpaccio with black lemon and yuzu cream, onion and fennel condiment, Aubrac veal with potato and seaweed flutes, sweet onions and spinach, and a successful marriage of chocolate and peanut with caramel. Good service with no downtime, appropriate regional cellar.
