Gourmet Restaurant Urban and contemporary, this is the bistro to know if you want to be in the mood, with a short weekly menu based on the season and the market. Everything is tastefully crafted, with modern presentation and simplicity to match: pink trout with green apple and smoked oil, fillets of asparagus, fennel, wasabi and bisque, pecan, jasmine, lemon, bergamot and yuzu financier. The complete formula at €45, at €55 with an extra dish, a Veg option at €40.
