Gourmet Restaurant This regional bistro, which knows how to blend influences and present dishes of character under the Mediterranean banner, is working well. From its athanor, we'll remember the roasted cauliflower with curry, caramelized sausage in spiced dumplings with sesame cream yogurt and chickpeas, the generous "aïoli de Palavas" with shellfish, cod and gambas, the cassoulet from Toulouse and the mille-feuille with milk caramel. The complete sequence, including mise en bouche, costs €42.
