A pretty, well-dressed and well-stocked table, where each service brings together many regulars, in total confidence in Daniel Lutrand's hidden-menu cuisine. Nothing is left to chance, neither in the setting and décor, nor on the plate, with two menus at €55 for four courses at lunchtime, and €83 in the evening for a tasting menu. Beautiful products, and above all the meticulous care taken to work them soberly but thoroughly to extract the best. A classic cellar of fine regional and national wines.
