Chef's Restaurant Daniel Lutrand's cuisine and Jean-Philippe Vivant's expertise in the dining room are two key assets that make this Pastis with its hidden menus a must-try in town. After the pretty "coupelles d'éveil", the beautiful work on beet precedes the two preparations of bass and black olive, clever and tasty, and the same approach to pigeon, roasted fillet, tender and juicy, carrot confit and burnt orange, while the leg is grilled with bbq, ginger and Chinese cabbage, meat jus. Masterful preparations right through to dessert with a citrus palette. Well-stocked cellar, wine by the glass with voice.
