Gourmet Restaurant This outbuilding of the nearby Alchimiste is a well-designed and pleasant "urban canteen", and more than a quick fix for lunchtime snacks. In fact, the prices are not those of a street food restaurant, but of a bistro where the plate is carefully prepared on consensual bases: leeks with raspberry cecina condiment vinaigrette, Toulouse sausage with reduced truffle juice, grandmother's purée and grated laguiole cheese, grand cru chocolate heart in a complete formula at €32.
