Gourmet Restaurant A fine Franco-Japanese adventure, which began under the name Will and has now taken on the name Towa, closer to Japanese shores. The creations form an elegant bridge between the two cultures, and showcase a high level of bistronomy: perfect egg, truffle gnocchi, celeriac and carbonara emulsion, cod back, pointed cabbage, pencil leeks and ponzu beurre blanc sauce, duck breast pie, foie gras and fresh salad, citrus vacherin, ricotta mousse, yuzu sorbet, grapefruit, mint and honey.
