Gourmet Restaurant An arty, privileged ambience for this contemporary table, which combines chic and shock, Provençal charm, an ongoing quest for aesthetics, a refined and inspiring interior, and contemporary cuisine, sure to please this clientele accustomed to the best. For example, roasted asparagus with Nice olives and parmesan, North Atlantic sea bream with Provence vegetables, Landes chicken fillet with parmesan, fennel, basil and pistou, red fruit panna cotta with crumble, vanilla and hibiscus.
