Chef Stéphane Garcia's enthusiasm is communicated throughout the house, with service and reception leading the way, for a moment of Provençal bliss, with occasional Iberian accents reminiscent of the chef's origins. The weekday menu reflects the seasonal market, with often original and welcome ideas: head pâté and beef tongue with walnuts and Corsican clementine, duo of bass and sea bream cooked Spanish-style, chorizo bell pepper and mussels, truffled poultry supreme cooked at low temperature, creamy polenta and carrot mousse. 39 € for a well-executed menu and a good dessert. Cellar a little too classic, but supported by a few surprises like Brana's irouléguy and txacoli.
