Chef's Restaurant Work carried out in 2020 and 2021 has breathed new life into this famous mansion nestled in the heights of Nice, including the creation of an immense spa, a white sand lagoon, a Mediterranean garden and some twenty new rooms. La Table de Pierre, the resort's flagship restaurant, has been entrusted to the young Maxime Leconte, who is committed to offering a cuisine as close to nature and local produce as possible. The four-course Promenade des Saveurs menu features gnocchi, artichokes and baby onions, and a noisette of venison, parsnips and quince. Lovely desserts by Manon Isnard.
