Remarkable Restaurant While the Interceltic Festival has made the town famous, the gourmet scene is not to be outdone, and offers some very fine moments of pleasure. Particularly those spent facing the marina, in this pleasant, vast dining room - with open kitchens - extremely bright thanks to its large picture windows. At night, the lighting is just as attractive. It's beautifully and soberly furnished. Nicolas Le Tirrand plays with lightness and virtuosity a seasonal score, extremely well thought out, meticulous, with a largely marine dominance, where plants play an essential role. If the asparagus from La Torche inspires him as soon as it appears on the menu, the same is true of a beautiful slab of pearly yellow pollack, of impeccable quality, highlighted by the discreet but very real presence of artichoke (roasted and in chips) and notes of yellow wine. The same gustatory intensity comes to the plate with scallops from Quiberon Bay, combined with Jerusalem artichokes in (almost) all their forms. Liveliness is provided by sorrel butter and parsley oil. Finally, mandarin orange, tagetes and Tasmanian pepper provide a perfectly concise conclusion, bringing the palate back to a state of freshness through the subtle marriage of acidity, herbaceous notes and the percussion of pepper. As for the cellar, there's no need to be exhaustive! However, we must commend the pertinence of the selection: rully from domaine Douhairet-Porcheret; sancerre Fouassier; pernand-vergelesses from Nicolas Rossignol; saint-joseph from Stéphane Montez... As for the service, it's very smiling and attentive, even if it sometimes hustles you a little. Three toques this year.
