Original Restaurant Far from the touristy streets, this authentic sidreria, two blocks from the beach, is one of those neighborhood hangouts with an inimitable atmosphere, where friends get together. The stoves serve traditional Spanish Basque cuisine, with classics that the chef knows by heart: pan-fried chipirons, cod croquettes, Spanish-style duck hearts, fresh cod pavé with Tarbais beans and chorizo, duck breast from the southwest.
