Gourmet Restaurant At the top of rue Gambetta, a little way from the hectic heart of Les Halles, this bistro, remastered in 2023, boasts a real terrace, sheltered in case of rain, and the space is very pleasant, in a sustained atmosphere. The owner, Jérôme Lecomte, oversees everything with brio, and the service follows suit, despite a few oversights, in a frenzied rhythm. The cuisine is simple, Basque and invigorating, with grilled chipirons, half-cooked tuna, artichoke purée, apple-fennel-dill virgin, rice potato chips and a yuzu marshmallow with lemon cream, chocolate tuile and hazelnut slivers. Regional cellar with a touch of Spain.
