This well-placed bistro is as confident in its respect for tradition as it is in its modernity. The slate is simple and clear, not gigantic, but revealing dishes of fine taste, with careful seasoning and accompaniments: lacquered mackerel with pea guacamole and tarragon sorbet, chipirons risotto with fregola sarda and garlic emulsion, guinea fowl from the Garat house, peas with chicken jus... A good rice pudding for dessert, with miso caramel and puffed kasha, a choice of wines by the glass in this pleasant Art Deco setting.
