Gourmet Restaurant After a successful first year, this attractive contemporary restaurant is consolidating its position at the top of rue de Sèze. An emerging personality, that of a young, precise and imaginative Japanese chef, a cuisine that is neither banal nor superfluous, is well worth taking an interest in, both for lunch (good formula at €29), and for dinner, which includes the current offerings (which should nevertheless vary more): beef tataki with daikon carpaccio, simmered mushrooms with dashi emulsion, roast veal quasi, tofu pumpkin terrine with caramelized leeks, steamed chocolate cake with williams pear.
