Gourmet Restaurant If, for you, restaurants are synonymous with ripaille and cochonnaille, don't bother - you'll easily find what you're looking for a little further down the road. At Sapid, which Alain Ducasse designed as a refectory dedicated to plant-based cuisine, you can drink juices (but there's also a nice little list of natural wines), eat seasonal produce and fill up on good vitamins (pumpkin velouté and praline, fish sausage and lentils, chocolate mousse and oatmeal) at very reasonable prices (at least for lunch, as the only dinner menu is over €50).
