Chocho, nestled in the heart of the Xe arrondissement, seduces with its warm, modern setting. Thomas Chisholm's cuisine demonstrates a certain creative audacity, with successful dishes such as yellowtail crudo and bagel à saucer, even if a slight lack of precision and seasoning tempers the pleasure. The varied and accessible wine selection remains an asset, while the pace of service and value for money still need some fine-tuning.
