Gault&Millau's review 2026

A good bistro that has raised its game to regularly win the toque. For these well-conceived and well-delivered plates, the young service is right on time, the country terrine is very decent, the beef tataki is no surprise, but the cockles from Île-d'Yeu are very fresh, rouille and salicorne, the low-temperature monkfish beurre blanc with sorrel as well as the guinea fowl and mushroom consommé do very well. Suitable desserts, lunch menu €29.
