Hardwood floors and Thonet chairs around the small tables—enough to create an atmosphere in line with today’s bistro trend. The food follows suit, with a fairly extensive menu featuring trendy dishes: crab and celery rémoulade with fried shiso and lovage, green crab bisque, flambéed red mullet with buckwheat risotto, arugula cream with pine nuts and beurre blanc, pressed duck breast and guinea fowl with roasted artichokes in a suprême sauce and a robust jus. Simple desserts (chocolate tartlet, pavlova…), a well-curated wine cellar with interesting selections, such as the white Inizia from Clos Signadore or Fabien Trosset’s Mondeuse.
