Gault&Millau's review2026
Le Richer has long been accustomed to delighting its loyal clientele with its well-applied bistronomy. This year, however, we're a little disappointed by the less-than-careful execution of the artichoke caviar, artichoke barigoule and black radish, the gambas tartar with marinated white cabbage and bisque, which, while not demeriting, doesn't go beyond the ordinary, or the pork filet mignon with spices, which is a little dry, helped nonetheless by the spring onions and polenta panisses. The menu of small vintners' cuvées (Sérol, Chidaine, Vaïsse, Clusel Roch, Thymiopoulos...) and the friendly service help to keep things at an appreciable level.
