Chefs Élodie Moisan in Rennes and Mickaël Orain in Cesson-Sévigné, along with their teams, work together to create gourmet, colorful seasonal recipes. The dishes are home-cooked every morning, offering an exceptional guarantee of freshness. Each restaurant offers self-service, with a magnificent buffet of starters and desserts, topped with home-made pastries. Two dishes of the day are offered daily, with a vegetarian option (meaning lactose-free and gluten-free) and a savory tart born of the Chefs' inspiration.
