Chef's Restaurant A skilful blend of solid bistro, meat, tripe and charcuterie dishes, with the zephyr of the trend: here are a few parcels of good living in the urban world of quiet Rue Chapon. The menu, always promising, always on time, offers accomplished dishes and two confirmed toques: veal tartare with artichoke-fennel tonnato sauce, pollack ikejime with beurre blanc chou pointu, Tahitian vanilla crème brûlée, for a bill of €60 - €70. The cellar is carefully compiled, presented and advised by Bastien Fidelin, who is nature-oriented, with a good selection by the glass, including orange and oxidative.
