Gourmet Restaurant A pretty restaurant with a chic, modern bistro style, meticulous service and a semi-gastro menu that's very much of its time. The choice is vast and the €45 menu is pleasant, but a little limited. You'll have to pick and choose from this attractive menu, with trout gravlax, granny gel kiwi tzatziki, veal quasi espuma with foie gras and sweet potato mousseline with truffle oil, sea bass filet with lemon herbs and sage beurre blanc. The bill then climbs towards €60, with a good apple millefeuille and Ardèche yoghurt ice cream dessert.
