Gourmet Restaurant Not far from Douarnenez, you'll have the opportunity to take a trip back in time, with dinner and, why not, an overnight stay in this exceptionally well-preserved 17th-century manor house. The restaurant's main dining room, with its large fireplace, massive stonework and themed hanging lamps, is decorated in a dreamy châtelain style that immediately creates a timeless atmosphere. On the plate, the chef offers accessible, decently-crafted local cuisine, combining new fashions with local produce: gravlax de filet de boeuf de la ferme de Kerviziou, sauce asiatique, pan-fried hake, pea mousseline with horseradish, pasta risotto with carrots, coconut sauce and shellfish, duck filet, mashed potatoes, peanuts, broccoli, red fruit sauce, or an exotic millefeuille, lemon-yuzu sorbet.
