Chef's Restaurant Wise rather than unusual, this hotel restaurant offers one of the best services in the city. With a well-established menu focusing on noble products, there are few risks involved, but the plates are impressive: scallops and boudin blanc plancha, with celery risotto, pan-fried st. Pierre with salted butter and the lobster speciality with coral cream and sweet spices, pineapple and coriander carpaccio. Classic desserts, general wine list with a choice by the glass.
