Gault&Millau's review2026
The contrast between the exterior architecture of this typically Breton farmhouse and the bright, contemporary decor of the dining room is striking, especially for those who knew the place before the 2017 renovation. The cuisine, by Jean-Christophe Despinasse, has followed suit, modernizing while retaining some of the codes of a gastronomic cuisine that is sometimes a little dated, with, for example, the beautiful and classic braised veal sweetbread and Arabica jus, or the lobster à la nage and shellfish cream. The Plaisir menu, at €59, is an excellent choice for discovering this fine cuisine based on local produce. Extensive wine cellar.
