Gourmet Restaurant This is a fine establishment at the entrance to rue Colbert, led by chef Jocelyn Destouches. His bistro fare, priced at €38, is quite refined and well-calibrated, with aesthetic and seasonal compositions. These include a farmhouse egg casserole with chanterelle mushrooms and oyster mushrooms, parsley and brioche bread, cabbage stuffed with veal and poultry, winegrower's sauce with truffle tapenade, sautéed pork, supreme sauce, citrus rice pilaf and a 72% Santo Domingo chocolate coulant. Well-stocked cellar (Taille aux Loups, Jolivet, Mikulski, Jamet, Reméage).
