Gourmet Restaurant At the foot of Mont Lozère, this former Napoleon III residence was first home to the families of mining industry directors, then much later to this beautifully crafted Cévenol restaurant where Stéphane Abbé's cuisine flourishes. Based on fresh local produce, the menus follow the seasons and the chef's inspiration, like this guinea fowl tournedos with porcini mushrooms, these petits gris à la provençale and all these fruity desserts. Mushrooms are the inspiration for many recipes, and local wines are the perfect accompaniment. Active service.
